ClinarivoThe complete private-practice solution
From the first worrying symptom to the final invoice: triage, records, ordering, laboratories, results, medicines, escalation and billing, in one calm, governed workspace built for the private doctor.
You're not imagining it
An abnormal value lands in an inbox nobody owned that afternoon.
Notes in one system, orders in another, the lab portal in a third.
No update, no explanation, and a phone line that is always busy.
Straight talkNone of this is a failure of care. It is a failure of tools. Clinarivo was built so the system carries the load, not your memory.

How it feels to use
AI-guided triage screens red flags and suggests tests cited to your region's guidance.
A light patient CRM: intake, medicines, allergies, documents and a single timeline.
Basket, packages and automatic routing to an accredited laboratory by price.
Abnormal and critical flags surface first, with plain-English explanations.
Medication checks, SBAR handovers and referral letters in one tap.
Self-pay, membership or insurance, reconciled against every order.
From presenting complaint to confident result.
Understand your health and stay in control of who sees it.
Run the testing business, not the spreadsheet.
Every site, one governed platform.
Receive requests. Return results. No fax.
From question to versioned, published paper.
What's inside — built today
Practice assistant · live
The Practice assistant answers questions about what is waiting in your practice and helps staff decide what to do next. Its language is AI. Its boundaries are fixed rules enforced on the server.
Every look-up passes through one server check that locks it to the signed-in user's own practice and refuses anything else.
Instructed to name where each figure came from, for example "from Result Cases, 3 records", and to use counts rather than estimates.
Update contact details, book, move or cancel appointments, and message patients. Nothing outside the list can run.
Each proposal and execution is written to the practice's access audit history with who, what and when.
Off
Read-only. The default.
Recommend
Suggests; staff do it.
Approve
Prepared, then a person approves.
Automatic
Runs within the limits you set.
Patient messages follow your policy: draft only, send after approval, or auto-send for chosen message types such as appointment reminders.
It never makes clinical decisions, never changes a result and never reads another practice's records.
Wording is generated by AI and can vary; the access, action and approval rules do not. Automatic modes are off until a practice admin switches them on.
Status register · no surprises
Pilot features are available to switch on but have not yet been proven with live third-party accounts or real payment data. Roadmap items carry no delivery date. No scale, certification or clinical-outcome claim is made.
For clinicians · built today

From basket to order sheet, routed to an accredited laboratory on price and accreditation.
Abnormal and critical values surface first, with plain-English explanations ready for the patient.
Guided intake and document upload with AI transcription, kept apart from what the patient reported.
Interactions, duplicates and dosing risks graded against your regional formulary.
SBAR handovers and urgency tiers; every lab result tracked through fixed stages with deadlines, and an assistant that reports what is waiting from your own records.
Less admin per request
No abnormal result left unread

Our clinical content rests on peer-reviewed studies: the air-quality dashboard alone cites studies from Environmental Health Perspectives, Circulation and Occupational & Environmental Medicine. Researchers can publish with us too. Each paper gets a stable short link, a version history and a public listing in the Published papers section at www.clinarivo.com. Clinarivo publishing is not journal peer review.
Biological side effects of air quality
An interactive dashboard: set temperature, humidity, CO₂, TVOC, PM2.5 and NOx, or pick a room preset, and watch the brain, heart, lungs and reproductive organs respond. Thresholds follow WHO, EPA and WELL guidance.

Controlled chamber studies found lower decision-making scores at higher CO₂ and VOC levels.
Satish et al. 2012, Environ Health Perspect — CO₂ and decision-making
Allen et al. 2016, Environ Health Perspect — CO₂, VOCs and cognition (COGfx)
Fine particles and combustion gases are associated with cardiovascular strain and events.
Brook et al. 2010, Circulation — AHA statement on PM and cardiovascular disease
WHO 2021 Air Quality Guidelines
PM2.5 and NO₂ are linked with reduced lung function, airway inflammation and asthma symptoms.
WHO 2021 Air Quality Guidelines
EPA — basic information about NO₂
Reviews report associations between PM2.5 / NO₂ exposure and lower semen quality and female fertility outcomes.

Peer-reviewed evidence. Every organ card links to the published, peer-reviewed studies behind it (Environmental Health Perspectives, Circulation, Occupational & Environmental Medicine and others), with each study's limits stated next to its finding.

An illustrative exposure model for education. It is not a diagnosis and does not predict any individual's risk of disease.
Safe by design
Every catalogue, price, role and region rule lives in governed data, not hard-coded screens.
Each practice is an isolated tenant; groups see their sites through a parent–child hierarchy with role-based permissions.
Patients grant, narrow or revoke access; every grant keeps its verbatim wording.
Who entered it, who changed it and what the AI produced are recorded separately and audited.
The hosting platform is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Built to support data-minimisation, consent and access-rights duties. Your practice remains the data controller.
Decision support only. Every suggestion is reviewed by a qualified clinician before it reaches a patient.
Wherever you practise
One login for the whole practice
Every result seen and acted on
Every decision explainable
Patients informed and in control

Small print. Capabilities are labelled Live, Pilot or Roadmap on the status register; only Live items are proven end to end. Xero, insurance claims assurance and memberships are in pilot. Card payments run in test mode until live keys are connected; laboratory connections need per-lab setup; there is no general-purpose public API. Figures on page 2 count platform features, not clinical outcomes. Clinarivo holds no certification and each practice remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance. AI outputs require clinician review.
